This one-day workshop gives you the opportunity to take a challenge prompt and use it to make your mark. And, if you're lucky, there'll be an internship opportunity waiting for you at the end.
You'll work within a team of peers from different backgrounds to research, ideate, design and present a solution to a real-world challenge. Each participant receives a merch pack to get their day started, and members of the winning team each receive a cash prize as well as a bunch of extra DIJGTAL goodies!
The VANDALS Challenge runs in both our Sydney, Australia office and our Vancouver, Canada office. We also use this challenge as an opportunity to headhunt for our other long-term intern placements. So, if you're looking to get a bit of industry action with a side of employment opportunity, this could be the challenge for you!

Ever wondered what it's like to work alongside the best in the biz? Break in to the industry by infiltrating our specialist design, marketing and tech teams.
Our 12 week internship program provides the opportunity to learn the tricks of the trade and work on real-world briefs with our subject matter experts. Our teams are highly specialised and focus on a range of disciplines such as UX research, UX design, UI design, front-end development, performance marketing, content and copywriting, brand strategy, graphic design and animation to name a few!
The INFILTRATORS Internship runs in both our Sydney, Australia office and our Vancouver, Canada office. We know industry placements can be hard to juggle alongside study commitments, so we've designed this program to be a two day per week commitment that allows you to work with us in a way that won't disrupt your uni timetable.

Who we look for
At DIJGTAL, we care more about who you are than where you're from or what you've done. The main thing we look for is a good attitude - curious, proactive and eager to learn.
You may have just graduated from a design, technology, psychology, marketing or business course. Or you may be a seasoned professional looking for a sideways move into service design. Either way, you are naturally curious, proactive, collaborative, and resilient.
As a DIJGTAL intern, you'll need to obey 3 simple rules:
- There's no such thing as a stupid question. If you don't know, ask!
- Back yourself. We always love hearing new ideas and perspectives
- No biting
